Tears of Solitude: A Lament for Lost Tomorrows

In life's harsh tale, where tears oft' flow,

The world's a stage of joy and woe.

From trials hard, humility is wrought,

In life's cruel song, every heart is caught.

Promises, like fragile whispers, break,

Pride crushed, leaving hearts to ache.

The strong fall for a fleeting touch,

Yet the world remains, indifferent and such.

Charms fade, like petals in the storm,

Cravings quenched, but hearts forlorn.

Love's illusions, like shadows, fade away,

In a world of masks, where truth holds no sway.

So we journey on, through the darkest night,

Seeking solace in a world devoid of light.

In the end, we find, it's the pain we bear,

For life's true beauty lies in its despair.
